Payment should be made as per the payment schedule which will be submitted after the finalization of the quotation. Requirements of funds will be informed to the client before 2 days. payment will be taken in four installments.
The employer may please provide water and temporary electricity connection of construction work on their own cost.
If the labourers are willing to stay @ construction site, the employer may please consider the same.
Time for construction work will be submitted on request of client depends upon the flow of funds.
Quality of work will be maintained as per the ISI standards. However any changes in the construction may please be informed before two days by the client.
